However, many of our clients are still happy with a microfilm only solution, therefore at DAAS we still offer this service.

We offer a high volume document scanning and indexing service capturing your documents to most formats including TIF, PDF & JPG with retrieval via a variety of software packages.

This system offers "belt and braces" protection of your records by allowing you to benefit from the OLD, well proven technology of microfilm with the convenience of the computer based electronic images scanned from the microfilm.

We can scan your existing microfilms and archive them into your chosen system with all your other documents making them accessible, by any user, from their desktop.

Many of our clients are still very happy with the lower cost "microfilm only" solution for archiving their documents, therefore at DAAS we still offer this service.

Companies post room functions can be a large administrative overhead. DAAS can handle all of your incoming post from receipt through to scanning and distribution. We can set up PO box numbers redirecting your mail to our office where we will administer it on your behalf.

Should you find the lower cost option of microfilm appealing but don’t want the capital expenditure of equipment to read and print from it we will, for a small charge, store your master film and retrieve your required information on request. We will retrieve it, print it, post it, fax it or scan and e-mail it to you normally within 60 minutes. However, if you require a large amount of information we can scan the microfilm and supply the information to you on a CD-ROM.
