DAAS Ltd Launch a New Service – Managed Store & Scan

If the cost of scanning your document archive is proving difficult to justify due to the initial cost and the thought of receiving a large invoice on completion then why not use our Managed Storage & Scanning service.

The process is simple, we store and manage your paperwork for an agreed period of time of between, say, 6 to 24 months, FREE of charge whilst undertaking the scanning at an agreed rate each month to fit your budget.

As an example, if you have 120 boxes containing approximately 2000 documents each this could cost you in the region of £7,200 to have scanned. By using our Managed Store & Scan service over, say, a 12 month period the scanning cost would be spread over that agreed period allowing you to budget easier.

By scanning 10 boxes per month it would cost you in the region of £600.00 per month meaning the £7,200 initial estimate has been spread over a more acceptable period of time. Remember this is just an example, the monthly budget is set by you.

The added advantage is that this will enable you to clear your archive from day one and free up valuable space without stretching your budget plus DAAS Ltd will save you all the day to day costs of document retrieval and re-filing from your own archives.

Whilst your paperwork is stored in our warehouse we offer a FREE document/file retrieval service with a return to you by fax or email within a maximum of one hour during normal office working hours.
